Murjottelu is a trainee campaign organized by Otaniemi International Innovation Centre (OIIC) at Aalto University School of Science and Technology.
Murjottelu combines the knowledge and expertise of the students in Aalto University and thereby offers fresh ideas and new working methods. It gives the possibility to effectively recruit students from different fields.
Murjottelu helps companies to recruit the best trainees, and students to find challenging summer jobs from their own fields of study. The internship will take place in a company as a working team consisting of two or more students from different fields of study (business, technology and design).
The typical working period is 2-4 months during the summer
Murjottelu process
- Descriptions of offered internships are added here during January and February
- English application form for students is open through the month of February
- Deadline for companies applying to Murjottelu 2010 is at the end of February
- Murjottelu 2010 Kick Off will be held in Design Factory on Thursday 18th of February
- Information of applicants is given to companies in the beginning of March. Interviews are held in companies, with 2-4 candidates / opening.
- Companies interview applicants, and make final decisions on hiring.
- Internship begins as agreed
- Murjottelu 2010 – Closing event will be held in August.
